Impact

Numbers, with their sources.

Every figure on this page is published by the company it describes and linked to where it appears. Each measures something different, so they sit side by side and are never added together.

Three different kinds of evidence

Projects delivered

A measure of volume and experience. A project can be a full ERP implementation or a focused module, so a project count shows how much work has been done, not how large each piece was.

Businesses supported

A measure of reach. It counts organisations, and can include clients, ERP implementations and training participants, depending on how it is defined. The definition matters more than the number.

Operational improvement

A measure of outcome. Improvements such as time saved are specific to one business and one process. A best result is never the typical result, and should be shown with its context.

Published figures

How results are reported here

  1. One source per figure.

Each number links to the page where the company publishes it.

  2. Best cases are labelled.

A result achieved for one client is never presented as the typical result.

  3. No blended totals.

Clients, projects and implementations are counted differently and are kept apart.

  4. Case studies with permission.

Client stories will be added only with the client's written approval.
