Umesh Khivasara leads the business group of Yuva99 Recreation Pvt. Ltd., its parent company. Within the group, he is Founder and CEO of Ukvalley Technologies, an engineer-led software company he founded in 2017; he also founded ERP Valley, co-founded Growth Valley in 2025, and writes and teaches on ERP and business automation.

Umesh Khivasara is a technology entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in software development, business automation and enterprise systems. He leads a business group whose parent company is Yuva99 Recreation Pvt. Ltd., with Ukvalley Technologies, Growth Valley, ERP Valley, Eventovalley and HRValley within it. He founded Ukvalley Technologies in 2017 and leads it as CEO. The unfunded, engineer-led company builds custom software, CRM, ERP, HRMS, websites and mobile applications for Indian SMEs and global startups, and works with clients in India, the USA, Canada and the UAE. He also founded ERP Valley, which helps SMEs plan and implement ERP, and in 2025 co-founded Growth Valley, a business empowerment initiative for entrepreneurs. He is the author of Why Your Business Needs ERP (2026) and teaches workshops on business automation and practical AI tools.
