Many growing businesses already pay for software: an accounting package, a CRM trial, a messaging group for orders, a spreadsheet for everything else. The tools are rarely the problem. The problem is that nothing connects them, and the business still runs on the owner's memory.
Growth Valley, co-founded by Umesh in 2025, starts one step earlier than a software project. It helps entrepreneurs see how their business actually operates, decide which processes deserve to be standardised, and adopt technology and automation in an order that the team can absorb.
The link between technology and profitability is operational discipline: clear processes, reliable data and fewer manual hand-offs. Software makes that discipline easier to keep. It cannot replace it.
