One group, several distinct businesses

Yuva99 Recreation Pvt. Ltd. sits at the top of the group. It is the company that connects Umesh Khivasara's entrepreneurial work: the software company he founded in 2017, the ERP practice that grew from it, the event and HR products, and the business-growth initiative he co-founded in 2025.

The businesses are not merged into one offer. A client hires Ukvalley Technologies for software, ERP Valley for an ERP implementation, or Growth Valley for help running a business better. The group gives them a common direction; each keeps its own brand, website and team.

Each venture keeps its own name, brand and customers. They are presented here as ventures within the Yuva99 Recreation group; formal ownership and subsidiary status are being confirmed company by company.
